Article 1: 1 Collected Information

  • 1.1. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the XS Usenet website and application.
    During your visit on XS Usenet, cookies are used to personalize XS Usenet according to your requirements (e.g. language) and to provide XS Usenet with necessary status information for effective administration and further improvement. If you register, your data will be collected and saved. XS Usenet uses third parties who, for example but not limited to, help us to send emails, chat with users, create and respond to tickets. We share your data with these third parties.
  • 1.2. The data we collect is limited to what you provide us with (e.g. your email address is mandatory, but your address information or phone number are not stored with us). Any payment information is stored directly with the merchant processor and XS Usenet does not keep records of your payment information.

Article 2: Usage of Information

  • 2.1. Your given information is used to complete your registration. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order, process payments, and, if necessary, to process debt collection.

This Privacy Policy applies to only to the website of XS Usenet. We do not have any influence on materials or information provided by the usenet. XS Usenet has no responsibility for third parties. Please consider that all commentaries, news, other contributions or information you provide within the usenet or the customer forum is publicly available. XS Usenet has no responsibility for anything you deliberately choose to circulate.
  • 3.2. In the absence of statement to the contrary, the prices stated in the aforementioned offers and quotations are exclusive of VAT and other governmental levies as well as the costs incurred in relation to the contract, including forwarding and administration expens
  • 3.3. If the acceptance differs (on minor points) to the offer set out in the quotation, the user is not bound to those differing points. In the absence of statement to the contrary by the user, the contract will in that case not be formed in keeping with those different points.
  • 3.4. Any information we store, such as your email address, are kept in a database that is not publicly accessible directly for security reasons. Security precautions such as firewall filters have been put in place to ensure the safety of your information with us.

The registration of your email address (and name if provided) will remain valid until you remove your account from our system or request us to do so.

  • 4.1. You can access and change your personally identifiable information after logging into the XS Usenet client area. You may also remove your account and all of its information under the "Edit your Account" option.
